Am I eligible for UPSC exams after completing studies from a foreign collaboration institution which is approved by AICTE but not recognized by UGC?

i am studing under foreign collaboration institution from indian and it is approved by AICTE...was i eligible to write UPSE....and it is not taken approvel from UGC was i eligible to write UPSE

Sorry you are not eligible for UPSC exam because you are studying from AICTE approved institute and that will provide you a diploma not a degree. But for UPSC exam you should hold a graduate degree and that will be recognized from UGC.
