upsc demands only graduation in any stream from the recognized university which is approved by the ugc/aicet. percentage of marks is no matter for the exam. you have certified lawyer certificate. which is not approved by the recognized university which is approved by the ugc/aicet. so you are not eligible for the civil service exam.

And there is relaxation in UPPER AGE limit for reserved category candidates(3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST candidates).

Yes you can eligible for the exam because you done your graduation and every graduation are eligible for the exam .
What are the UPSC criteria ?
-> one should complete their graduation from any recognized university
-> one age should be between 21-30 for general cast , 3 years relaxion for obc , 5 years relaxion for sc/st/ex-serviceman , 10 years relaxion for physically handicapped .
There are certain limit for the no of attempts .
4 for general
7 for obc
no limit for sc/st.
So if you satisfy above criteria then you are eligible for the exam .

It consist three parts .
1.preliminary
2,main
3.interview
The final selection will be based on the marks secured in main exam plus interview together .

Civil Services Exam just require a degree from any recognized University to be eligible for application.
As you are a certified Lawyer so you would have done your L.L.B. from a recognized University; so you satisfy the academic eligibility criteria for the Exam.
But there is a condition of age limit too.
The age limit for the Civil Services Exam is 21-30 years, where upper age limit is relaxable for reserved category applicants( 3years for OBC, 5years for SC/ST).
You should definitely prepare for Civil Services Exam as your lawyer certificate will help you in the Interview test and you can opt for Law as your optional subject in the mains Exam.
