Not only UPSC exams,any Technical or Professional degree such as B.tech,M.Tech,MBA,MCA degree from an unapproved AICTE college is INVALID for ALL govt jobs and most major private companies as well.If you are having some other degree as from Arts,Science,Commerce,Humanities etc then you do not need to get it from an AICTE approved college.But for Professional degrees you need to have AICTE approval as it is compulsory.Even if you top and get best posting,your documents will be checked and on getting caught you will face termination of service.

Yes, you have a major problems with your UN approved college because your Degree is invalid even if you secure good marks in Graduation.
Un approved Universities or colleges by AICTE are unfit for any benefits with Degree like Government jobs and Private jobs or Higher studies too totally makes your career wrong.
So, our suggestion is better to Leave your College even in iddle of course and join in any University/Colege approved by AICTE then only your Degree valid.
