No my friend , You are not eligible to apply any type of UPSC or MPSC examinations . Because in order to be eligible to apply any Examination that come under the UPSC or the MPSC Examination you need to have your graduation degree approved only by an Indian Government recognised University . Through Government approved university approved I mean to say that the university through which you have completed your graduation should be Indian central Approved , i.e , AICTE should have given a Approval to your university . So you are not eligible to apply for any kind of UPSC Examination .
