For IES only EC, EE, MECH, CIVIL branches are eligible. Sorry you are not eligible for IES but you are eligible for other UPSC exams.

Yes you can apply for the IES exam because you done your engineering so that you are eligible for that exam . The criteria for the IES exam is below:
one should done engineering from any recognized university .
one age should be between 21-30 for general cast , 3 years relaxion for obc , 5 years relaxion for sc/st .
4 attempt are permitted for general cast , 7 attempts for obc , no limit for attempts for sc/st .
so that you prepare for the exam and then apply for it . BEST OF LUCK

Yes you are eligible for UPSC IES ( Indian Engineering Services ) Exam as you are an engineering graduate .
