Civil services exams,include IAS,IPS,IES,IFS etc the selection procedure is based on the following 3 stages exams;.

~ written test [preliminary and main exam]
~ interview.

Apart from first conducted the written test and after qualifying the written test called for interview,so first of all need to prepaid the written test.
