Female(unmarried) candidates can apply for CDS only for the post of

Officers Training Academy(OTA).

Qualification for Appear in Officers Training Academy In CDS for Females:

# Must complete graduation or equivalent degree from any recognized University.

# Must be a citizen of India or Subject of Nepal or Bhutan.Tibetan refugee who came India before 1st January 1962 can apply

# Age of candidate must be at least 19 years and not more than 25 years as on 1st July of the year of Examination.

# Unmarried and legally divorcees females can apply for OTA.

# Candidate have to Physically and Medically Fit.

Application fee for General and OBC candidate is 200 INR and no fee is required for SC/ST candidates.

Procedure to apply for the CDS examination for the female candidates is as simple as it is for the male candidates so the female candidate should not think that they will have the different eligibility criteria for them.
As per the defence services examination details a candidates can get the difference in they physical requirement and medical requirement they cannot get the differences in the educational qualification and the age limit as it is the rule.

Age limit-
19 to 22 years for the indian navy.
19 to 23 years for the air force.
19 to 24 years for IMA.
19 to 25 years for OTA.
