Yes any engineering post or any graduation post candidate who have done graduation in any stream or field he/she can fill the form of upsc. You can apply for IAS/IPS/IES/IFS examination. Here IAS/IPS is for Indian administrative services and Indian Police services in which you will get the post of administrative services. And IES and IFS is Engineering Services and Forest Services.
