civil service exams are conducted by the UPSC.

This exam has three stages:

STAGE I -Preliminary exam

STAGE II- Main Exam

STAGE III- Interview


i think there is no individual cutoff for the civil service exams.
it is based on the how many candidates take parts in the civil service exams on that basis the cut off is formulated.

Dear, actually your question is not clear. hoping CSP means Civil Services Preliminary exam. I put my following suggestion in regards of CUTOFF for CSP:-
1. Age relaxation for SC/ST upto 5 yrs. and allowed for unlimited attempts upto 35 yrs. age.
2. Age relaxation for OBC upto 3 yrs. and allowed for 7 attempts upto 33 years of age.
3. Age relaxation for handicapped 10yrs.
4. candidate handicapped and belongs to SC/ST get age relaxation upto 45 yrs.
5. candidates handicapped and belongs to OBC get age relaxation upto 43 years.
6. above said categories and female candidates are exempted from Examination Fees.
