There is no any percentage requirement for applying in upsc.A student has only pass marks in graduation degree can also apply for upsc exam.

to apply for the upsc exams candidate must be eligible for the exam,
there is no percentage bar for the upsc exams,
candidate need to have atleast minimum passing percentage to become eligible for the upsc exam,

The upsc required only the graduation passed candidate from the recognized university. The high or low percentage of the marks is no compulsory for the upsc exam.

Candidate must have graduation degree when the documents are verified. The higher qualification is also no matter for the exam.

Candidate has graduation in any stream. No subject is compulsory for the graduation.

Otherwise the percentage of marks is compulsory for the below academics class the graduation degree.

The age limit for the 21 to 30 years.

you need to have passing marks graduation or engineering degree from a recognized university under UGC .

on graduation basis you can apply for upsc exams like
Indian Forest Services Examination (IFS)
Indian Administrative Services Examination (IAS)
Central Police Forces Examination (CPF)
Civil Services Examination
Combined Defense Services Examination (CDS)
Combined Engineering Services Examination (IES)

these exams have different eligibility criteria which you can check at the official upsc site www.upsc.gov.in

To appear in the UPSC Civil Services Exams you donot
require any fixed percentage of marks in your academics.

The minimum Educational Qualification to appear in UPSC Civil Services exams
is Graduation in any discipline from a UGC recognised University.
You require a passing percentage in your graduation only.

Age limit is 21-30yrs in general category and relaxation by +3yrs
for OBC and by +5yrs for SC/ST candidates.

The no. of Attempts is also fixed for Civil Services Exams.
For general category it is 4 times,OBC 7 times and SC/ST can attempt Unlimited times.
