The age limit is for general category is 21 to 30 years. And attempt the exam 4 times.
The age limit is for obc category is 21 to 33 years (3 years relaxation). Attempt the exam 7 times.
Age limit for SC/ST category is 21 to 35 years and attempt chance till overage. Means unlimited

Indian Maltery Accedmay age limit is: 19 to 24 Years
For Officer Training Academy age limit: 19 to 25 years
Naval age limit: 19 to 22 years

Yes, there is limit of Number of attempts in UPSC exams. Here i am listing Limit number if attempts with age limit according to category wise:

3. SC/ST 21 years to 35 years No Limit
This limit is applicable for Civil Services and IFS exam. For Other UPSC Exams candidates can apply any number of times within age limit.
