    Hello

The minimum qualification required to apply for the civil services is graduation and it would be better if you do start preparation for the civil services after completing your graduation or being in the final year of graduation.

The civil services are one of the most difficult exams for one to crack, you will have to work hard to get it,it would be better if you start preparation in the third year.
