whether he/she studying in any branch (cse ,it,ece,eee,mec,civil)
but they have other choice that ..they can choose optional subjects
any upsc exam should contains the syllabus like
indian history(international and national),indian polictics(international and
national)
economics(international and national)
so do not worry about the syllabus
if you could follow the syllabus pattern and balance your time management
you can achieve what you want
but make sure that the competition for upsc is very tough and more
so read as much as possible

UPSC doesn�t include electronics and Communication in the list of option subject.
So there is no syllabus for these exams.
