UPSC conducts many examination every year.
There are some relaxation for the PH candidates.
But the relaxation is not given in the examinations
like CDS,IPS means which directly related to the
security of India.
And yes,why not a candidate who is hearing
disabled can apply in UPSC examination except
those exams which I had written above.
AGE LIMIT :
For General category candidates the age limit
ranges from 21 to 30
For OBC category candidates the age limit ranges
from 21 to 33 years
For SC/ST category candidates the age limit
ranges from 21 to 35 years.
And for the PH category candidates the age
limit ranges from 21 to 40 tears.
A person who have hearing problem is comes
in the category of Physically Handicapped.
So, definitely the age limit relaxation will be
applicable.

There is a age relaxation in the PH candidates. The age limit of UPSC examination for all is 21-30years. But the upper age limit of Ph candidates is upto 10 years. Besides the age relaxations, there is no other privileges for the PH candidates. Best of Luck
yes dear upsc and all govt sector has reservation for PWD candidetes but disabled must be at least 40% and more and certificate form govt hospital need for get benefits .
so if u need benefits than u get certificat from govt hospital and fill in form with pwd candidetes
