Yes off course there is age limit for CDS or any other UPSC or Defence exams.The age limit for CDS varies with the Defense sector you apply.Following are the prescribed age limits:
For Air Force Academy AFA-19-23years
For Indian Naval Academy INA 19-22years
For Indian Military Academy IMA 19-24years(Only Men)
For Officer Training Academy OTA 19-25years
There is no reservation based on caste or any other clause as in other UPSC exams or govt exams.

as CDS includes various academy.

For each academy there is specified age limit.

for Naval Academy : 18 to 21 years.
For IMA : 18 to 23 years.

For officers training academy : 18 to 24 years.

YES THERE IS SPECIFIC AGE LIMIT FOR CDSE LIKE ANY OTHER EXAM.

CDSE allows one to apply for IMA(Indian Military Academy)-a entry in army,OTA(Officers Training Academy)-a entry in army,AFA(Air Force Academy)-a entry in air force,NA(Naval Academy)-a entry in navy.

The age limit for AFA is 19 to 23 years(at the time of commencement of the course,not at the time of applying).
The age limit for NA is 19 to 22 years(at the time of commencement of the course,not at the time of applying).
The age limit for IMA is 19 to 24 years(at the time of commencement of the course,not at the time of applying).
The age limit for OTA is 19 to 25 years(at the time of commencement of the course,not at the time of applying).

CDS exam consist four branch having Different age limits;-

Indian military academy(19-24 years)

Indian Navel Academy(19-23 years)

Indian air force academy(19-22 years)

Officer Training Academy(19-25 years.

CDS exam Education Qualification;-

You must be passed a graduation degree from a recognized university in any stream for IMA and OTA.

For Navel and Air force academy, You must be passed a graduate degree with physics and Math sybjects.
