1-you must be graduate from a recognized university.
2-age limit is 21-30 years.
3-you must be Indian citizen
upsc exam consists three stages;-
*preliminary
*mains
*interview
age relaxation is given per government rules.
3 years for obc category
5 years for sc/st category
10 years for physically handicapped
there are various number of attempt for upsc exam
4 times for general category
7 times for obc category
no limit for sc/st candidate.
