Re: Is it true that Information technology students are ineligible for UPSC exams?

    ***Hi friend!!***

The answer to your question is
    NO.

It not that they're are ineligible but there isn't any subject regarding 'Computer Science' or 'Information Technology'

So you need to go with other subjects regarding UPSC.

The list of 23 optional subjects are:
    Agriculture

    Mathematics

    Animal Husbandry & Vetinary Science

    Mechanical Engineering

    Botany

    Medical Science

    Chemistry

    Philosophy

    Civil Engineering

    Physics

    Commerce

    Political Science

    Economics

    Psychology

    Electrical Engineering

    Public Administration

    Geography

    Sociology

    Geology

    Statistics

    Indian History

    Zoology

    Law

You need to select two optional subjects when coming to the most prestigious exam : Civil Service Exam(CSE)

    **I wish you all SUCCESS!!**
