SORRY DEAR, BUT BEING IN CLASS 10,YOU ARE NOT APPLICABLE FOR ANY UPSC EXAMS.
As you are in class 10,so you have to wait till you pass your 12 or you be in the 12 class,because now you are not applicable for any of the UPSC exams.
You apply for UPSC exams after 10+2 or when in the 12 class.
~NDA-you can apply after 10+2 or in the final year i,e in 12 th class.
Age limit-16.5 to 19 years.
~SCRA-you can apply for being in class 12 or after passing it.
Age limit-17 to 21 years.
After that every UPSC exams is of graduate level means you will have to complete graduation in order to apply for UPSC exams.
Hence you buddy concentrate hard on your studies and wait for right time to come.Best of luck.

NDA exam .
NDA stands for NATIONAL DEFENSE ACADEMY conducted by UPSC twice in a year.
NDA ELIGIBILITY:-
you should have to passed 12th class from the recognized board.
age should be 16.5 to 19 years.
you should be unmarried.
you should be indian.

Dear there is no exam conducted by UPSC board for those candidates who are pursuing class 10th but there are two exams which are conducted by UPSC board for 12th passed candidates and you can apply for both of those exams if you have following eligibility criteria :
NDA - National Defense Academy - Should have passed class 12th in any discipline from a recognized board to apply for Indian army sector and if you wish to apply for Navy or Air Force sector through NDA then you should have passed in class 12th with physics and mathematics as a compulsory subject and any one of the - Biology/Chemistry/Computer Science from a recognized board
Your age should not be less than 16.5 years and more than 19 years
SCRA exam - Special Class Railway Apprentices
If you complete your 12th class with physics and mathematics as a compulsory subject and any one of the - Biology/Chemistry/Computer Science from a recognized board and your age is between 17-21 years then you can apply for this exam and there is no relaxation in upper age for any category
You can apply for these both exams after your 12th class and if you appear for 12th exams or awaited for result of class 12th then also you can apply for this exam

there is no exam for 10th class student which is conducted by UPSC. so you can't apply for any exam of UPSC right now.
12th is the minimum education to appear UPSC exam. After 12th you can give following exam
National Defence Academy(NDA) Exams.
Special Class Railway Apprentices.
After gradudation you can give following exam
Civil Service Examinations
Indian Forest Service Exams.
Indian Engineering Service Exams.
Combined Defence Services Exams.
Indian Statistical/Economics Service Exams.
Combined Medical Services Exams.
Central Police Force Examinations.

being a 10th class student you can't apply for any of the exam
conducted by UPSC. if you complete 12th then you can apply for
SCRA and NDA exam conducted by UPSC.
Eligibility Criteria For SCRA:
12th with Math and Physics
your age must be within 17 years to 21 years

12th with Math and Physics

There are no examination for 10th class level candidate.
There should be minimum educational qualification for UPSC exam 12th pass
While you are 10th
So you can not apply for UPSC Exam.
All the first you should pass your 12th
After then you can apply for NDA or SCRA exam
