the educational qualification requirement is different for different exams.
but for most of exams the educational qualification is same which is graduation from
a govt. recognized university.here i will provide yoiu the details of educational qualification for almost all the upsc exams.
* for NDA:- 12th from a govt. recognized board.
* for SCRA:- 12TH with PCM from a govt. recognized board.
* for CDSE:- graduation from a govt. recognized university.
* for cmd :- MBBS DEGREE from a govt. recognized university.
* for CSE :- graduation from a govt. recognized university.
* for IFS :- graduation from a govt. recognized university.

Educational Qualification Required: -
The candidate should have a degree completed from any of the institutes established by an Act of Parliament or any University deemed by the University Grant Commission under section 3, Act, 1956.
For some exams specific degree is required like For Engineering Services Exam you need to be a BE/BTech in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics.
Age Limit: -
The candidate should be minimum 21 years of age and the maximum age is 29 years.

the qualification required for the upsc civil service exam is the graduation in any stream from the recognized university which is approved by the ugc/aicet. the percentage of the marks is no matter for the exam.
Cds exam:-
the qualification is required for the cds exam is different-2 is like as:-
for the indian military academy graduation in any stream form the recognized university.
for the officer training academy graduation in any stream form the recognized university.
for the indian air force graduation in science stream form the recognized university.
for the naval graduation in science stream form the recognized university.
IES exam:-
graduation in engineering from recognized university.
NDA & SCRA:-
candidate passed the secondary class with science subject

UPSC conduct various Exams and for these exams there is different Educational Qualification criteria.
Educational Qualification for UPSC exams:
1.NDA: 12th with Math and Physics or equivalent from recognized board or university. and your age must be 16.5 years to 19 years.
2. SCRA:12th with Math and Physics or equivalent from recognized board or university. and your age must be within 17 years to 21 years.
3. Civil Services/CPF/IFS: Graduation in any field from recognized college or university. and your age must be 21 years to 30 years.
4. IES: Only engineering graduates can apply for IS Exam. And your age must be within 21 years to 30 years.
5. CDSE: Engineering or B.SC from recognized college or university. and your age must be within 20 years to 25 years.
6. CMSE: only MBBS graduates can apply. and you should not reach the age of 32 years.

For NDA and SCRA :
You must have done 12th, from a recognized board.
Rest of THe EXamination except CMD and IES
You must hold a graduation Degree from a recognized university.
For CMD

You must Hold B.tech degree in either of :

upsc do not have any percentage bar for the students to apply for it exams so there is nothing to worry about percentage.
the only thing that is important is educational qualifications i.e10+2 for NDA and SRCA, and graduation for the other exams such as CDS,IAS,IFS,CPF etc.
secondly ,the age of the students applying for the UPSC examinations which is different for different exams and the categories of the students.
eligibility criteria for SCRA
1.CANDIDATE must have passed 10+2 board exams with maths,physics and chemistry
2.The age limits is 17 to 21 year
3.Student must be an INDIAN.
NDA(national defence academy)
1.Eligibility criteria for NDA:
