second day: psychological test: TAT, WAT, SRT, SD
third/fourth day: group testing officers(GTO); group discussion, group planning exercise progressive group tasks, half group tasks, individual obstacles, group obstacles task, command task, lecturette, final group task.
fifth day: board meeting

IN THE 5-DAY PROCEDURE,OF THIS INTERVIEW,THEY HAVE TO UNDERGO A SERIES OF MENTAL,PSYCHOLOGICAL & PHYSICAL TESTS,FACING ELIMINATION ON EACH DAY,IF THEY ARE NOT FOUND UPTOWN THE MARK.
THEY FACE VERBAL AND NON VERBAL REASONING,PICTURE PERCEPTION TEST,ESSAY WRITING,GROUP DISCUSSIONS,GROUP TASKS,OFFICERS COMMANDS,A SERIES OF PHYSICAL TASKS WHERE THEY NEED TO PROVE THEIR FITNESS,OBSTACLE TASKS AND FINALLY THE FACE-TO-FACE INTERVIEWS ATTENDED BY A SELECTED PANEL OF BOARD MEMBERS.
Only those who qualify all these tasks are recruited in as successful candidates.
