After 12th you can complete graduation from any subject of your desire.

For the Civil Service exam you should be only graduation qualified in any branch.

There is no problem with Humaniteis and Commerce.

So friend you should choose the subject of your interest and after that with the preparation of Civil Service exam you should choose the optional subject as per your graduation subject.

In my point of view you should choose Commerce in graduation because this subject is in the list of optional subject.

So hard study at the time of graduation.

Along with graduation you can also continue the study of Civil service.
