For Civil service exam you should be minimum graduation qualified.
There is no restriction of percentage.
You must be in age of 21 to 30 years.
Age relaxation as per government norms
SC/ST + 5 years
OBC + 3 years
PH + 5 years.
You must be the citizen of India.
Exam pattern
Preliminary stage (400 marks)
Mains stage (2000 marks)
Interview ( 300 marks)

you can apply for UPSC Civil Services exam after completing or while pursuing in final year of graduation. Civil Services Exam is conducted by UPSC every year for the posts of IAS, IPS, IRS etc.
Civil Services exam constitutes three parts:
1. CSAT
2. Mains
3. Interview
for appearing in exam you have to fulfill some other requirement like:
>>you must have completed or appearing in final year of graduation.
>>your age must be within 21 years to 30 years on 1 August of the year of exam. there is relaxation in upper age limit upto 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
and you must have attained the minimum age on same date and you have not attained the upper age on similar date.
Limit Number Of Attempts:
>>General: 4 attempts
>>OBC: 7 attempts
>>SC/ST: No Limit
