The upsc exam has two exam, upsc prelim and upsc mains. In upsc prelim exam you have to be asked the question of objective type. The question pattern will be of 10 class level. You have to face 2 papers of 200 marks each. Means you have to face 400 marks paper.

The question will be come from general studies, in which you have to face the question of G.K, General Science, English etc. You can prepare for the course. After completing the exam if you will pass the exam and come in 1st merit list then you will be called for the upsc mains exam.
