UPSC stands for Union Public Service Commission and it is conducts the various examination every year and you have not mentioned that in which particular examination you are Interested, There are are lots of examinations, So whenever you asked questions please specified the examination Name properly, so that i will guide you properly.

For this year NDA (I) and Civil services examination Notification was already Over and the last date of apply for this examination was already over. So you cant apply for this examination Now. You have to wait for Next year Notification for Civil services examination. But those who missed the NDA Examination may apply for NDA (II) Examination in the month of May 2012.

You have to fill the UPSC Application form Online Only, No offline application form facility from this year Onward's.

But if you have completed your Engineering degree course then you can apply for IES Examination, The Notification of IES Examination was already Published and the last date of apply for this examination was already Over on 09/April/2012 and the examination is Conducted in 15/June/2012.

So, please fill the application form of UPSC as per your Eligibility, To apply for IES Examination, your age should not be more than 30 years and you have to attained the age of 21 years, Upper age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC Candidates.

I dont know for which exam you are asking for the date.But to know the dates of all the exams conducted by the commisssion do the following steps:

1)go to www.upsc.gov.in

2)click on the tab "examinations"

3)you will have detailed timetable where you can find the exam dates,last date for filling etc.

you will find all the details including the date of notification in the above said website.

UPSC encourages only online mode of application.No offline mode of submition is accepted by the commission.

for filling the forms do the following steps:
