UPSC and KPSC is the major difference is the upsc is the center level exam. and kpsc is the state government exam.

other wise eligible is same for both exam.

The UPSC stands for Union Public Service Commission which conducts the various all India open competitive examination for the posts of Central Government. But KPSC (Keral Public Service Commission) conducts the examination for the kerala state as a state lever competitive examinations. The other eligibility is at about same. Best of Luck

there is major difference between UPSC and KPSC because UPSC is national civil services examination and KPSC is state civil services examination.
