diffrent between group and Civil services exam is :

1.both the exmainations have same rules and selection process ..

2. this group exomnation will be held by diffrent states goverment and works with that states only.

incase of civile services examination that will be held by central government of india .. and any one can take part in it.

both have same syllabus and selection process also ...
