You can become intelligence officer.
And you can do distance learning and after completing Graduation in distance mode.
But I suggest you to start preparation from now, so that after completion of graduation you can directly appear in UPSC exam.
yes distance learning degree is eligible in upsc exam if the university is ugc approved,
and if you can not started preparation then start as soon as possible and prepare for it,
after completing degree you can apply or even you can apply in last year also.
