    eligibility criteria for upsc after tybom are:
    age limit: 21-30 years 33-obc/35 sc st
    indian citizen
    max 4 attempts 7-obc no limit-sc/st

    Civil service exam is conducted by Union Public Service Commission .

    ELIGIBILITY:-

    -- You must be Indian citizen.
    -- Age limit is 21-30 years. But for SC,ST, OBC upper age limit relaxation is there.
    -- For SC/ST- 5 years of age relaxation.
    -- For OBC- 3 years of age relaxation.

    -- You must have completed your graduation from recognized university.
    -- Final year candidates can also apply.
    -- Only passing mark is enough to appear the exam.

    -- You must be physically fit for the exam.
    -- For open category 4 attempts, for OBC 7 attempts & unlimited attempts for SC/ST are available.

    The exam conducts in 3 stages.
    1.Preliminary exam
    2)Main exam
    3)Interview

    After completing B.Com course you are eligible for UPSC Civil services examination, This examination is Conducted by UPSC Every year and eligible candidates may fill the application form Online Only, No offline application form facility is availiable from this year. For this year Examination notification was already Published and the last date of apply for this examination was already Over. The Preliminary examination will be held soon on 20/May/2012.

    Those who cracked the preliminary examination are eligible for Main examination.

    Main examination is Descriptive and you have to choose the Optional Subjects in Main examination on the Basis of your Graduation Only. The list of Subjects is availiable in the Notification.

    Eligibility Criteria :

    ~~ You have to completed your Graduation in any discipline.
    ~~ Final year Graduate candidates are also eligible for this examination
    ~~ Your age should between 21 to 30 years
    ~~ Upper age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC Candidates
    ~~ No Minimum percentage is Required to apply for this examination

    If you fulfill all the above given Criteria then you are eligible for UPSC Civil services examination.

    If you have missed the chance to apply for this examination then please wait for next year Recruitment Notification.

    The selection is based on Written examination comprises of Preliminary examination and Main examination and Final Interview.

    Upsc stands for the union public service commission

    And upsc is conducting the civil services exam every year

    For the posts of IAS,IPS

    Here is the eligibility :

    -The candidate should be pass in graduation from a recognized indian university

    -A final year candidate can also apply for the exam

    -The age should be between 21-30

    -Age Relaxation will be given to the reserved category candidates

    -Age relaxation given to the obc is 3 and for the sc.st is 5 years

    -The candidate should be a citizen of india

    -The number of attempt allow for the general is 4

    -The number of attempt allow for the obc is 7

    -The Number of attempt allow for the sc.st category is unlimited

    And as you said can b.com pass eligible for the exam

    And the answers is simply yes b.com graduates are fully eligible for the exam

    -The ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA for the
    CIVIL SERVICE exams are mentioned below ::

    01. NATIONALITY.
    You must be a citizen of India,
    or,You must be a subject of Nepal or Bhutan,
    or,You must be a Tibetan refugee settled permanently in
    India before 1962.

    02. AGE LIMITS.
    You must be 21 TO 30 YEARS OF AGE.
    However the upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST and upto 3 years for OBC candidates.

    03. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS.

    You must have completed your Graduation or equivalent from a recognized university with any subject or stream.
    Final year students are also applicable.
    Only the passing percentage will be required.

    04. SEX.
    Both male and female candidates can apply for the Civil Services exams.

    05. NUMBER OF ATTEMPTS ALLOWED.
    For General category : 04
    For OBC candidates : 07
    For SC/ST candidates : Unlimited.

    candidate must have completed graduation or engineering from a recognized university.
    final appearing candiadates can also apply for the upsc exam.
    age limit for upsc exam is 21 to 30 years.
    candidates belonging to OBC and SC/ST category gets age relaxation of 3 years and 5 years respectively.
