    hi, friend

Not only in UPSC in all examination night studies are more efficient than anyother in day

because, At night there is enough time and zero distrubance is there compare to day.

In day we can have noise and anyother disterbance this is universal truth that night studies provide efficient output.

mostly from mid night to early morning is the best time to concentration and otherwise is depends on mind .

i hope you understand all the best.

    Hello,

There is no universal law that night study is more efficient that day study. Had that been the case, schools/colleges would have started functioning in night. God has created night for people to rest and day to work. Now, it depends on you what you choose. My advise to you is to make a daily schedule where you can rise early in the morning and use that time for studying. Say, sleep at 10 in the night and wake up at 4 in the morning. Also, mind it that taking good nap is required for you study for the whole day without sleeping again in the afternoon.

    MOST IMPORTANT:
If you become habitual of sleeping int the day and waking in night then, I guess UPSC has to change its exam timing for you to attend it and write with full efficiency or it will have to content itself without taking you on-board. You may find this a little bad but it is a stark reality. We humans tend to work in this fashion and if you have any chance to read Psychology, you would really appreciate this undeniable fact.

Also, when you study in day and most importantly from 9-12 and 2-5 (the exam hours), you are actually training your mind to work most efficiently at thise hours which would prove beneficial in actual exam settings.

ALSO, if you feel tha you are not able to concentrate in daytime, then try to get rid of anything that is affecting your concentration level rather than changing your study time. After all leaders change things to suit their purpose rather than compromising with the situation.

    Thanks,
