You can appear for UPSC Combined Defence Services(CDS) Exam and age limit is 19-25yrs.

Eligible Criteria :
1. For Indian Military Academy/Officers' Training Academy: Degree from a recognized university or equivalent
2. For Naval Academy: B.Sc. with Physics & Mathematics or Bachelor of Engineering

You can apply for exams like CDSE and AFCAT if you have M.Sc Physics qualification. But to become eligible for the exam you must have the required age.
CDSE is Combined Defense Services Examination and it is conducted by UPSC for all the three branches of defence which is army, air force and navy.
AFCAT is Air Force Common Admission Test which conducted for Flying branch, technical branch and ground duty branch.
Age Limit :
Air Force Academy : 19 to 23 years
Naval Academy : 19 to 22 years
Indian Military Academy : 19 to 24 years
Officers Training Academy : 19 to 25 years
Selection Procedure:
Selection is on merit and there will be 3 stages.

CDS stands for combined defense services examination.it is a common /combined examination for all type of defense sectors to become officers in our defense system.
but you should satisfy all its requirements to become eligible for the examination.
