Generally to apply for the U.P.S.C exams ..
The age limits are given below for you
Minimum age is 21 years
Maximum age is allowed up to 30 years
AS THERE WOULD BE AN AGE RELAXATION FOR THE RESERVED CANDIDATES ... you no need to worry at all
For OBC -- 3 YEARS
FOR SC / ST --- 5 YEARS
So to apply for the Civil services Exams you will have the Maximum age of 33 years
You must have a minimum of GRADUATION from a recognized university
You must be an Indian Citizen

First I want to make sure that men and women are not called so in UPSC.. They are called candidates.
The age limit is minimum 21(should complete 21 before or on aug 1st)
Max 30 for OC,
Max 33 for MBC,
Max 35 for SC/ST and ex-army.

there is no any special age criteria for women in civil services examination , the age criteria is same for male and female candidates .
the age allowed to be eligible for the examination is 21-30
but yes as you are belonging from obc category then definitely you will get an age benefit.
see the age criteria given below:-
1. for obc category there is an age relaxation is given of 3 years.which mean for obc candidates the age criteria is between 21-33
years.
2. for sc/st category the age relaxation is 5 years.
3. for general category :-21-30 y.
but along with the age criteria you have to satisfy the other requirements also.

There is no age relaxation applicable for women.
As you belongs to OBC category then you are eligible for it of additionally 3 more years then comparing General category.
Minimum age you can apply is 21 years.
Maximum age you can apply is 33 years with 7 attempts limited.
### For women category there is a special relaxation applicable under UPSC is Examination Fee Exemption only.
the age limit for males as well as female candidates in the upsc exam is the same.
For open category candidates the age limit is 21-30 years.
For obc candidates it is 21-33 years
and for sc/st candidates it is 21-35 years.
Graduation degree is alos needed for the exam on the educational front.
And depending on the exam (like ies or ips etc) , the discipline of degree differs.

You have not mentioned which UPSC exam you want to appear.There is no separate relaxation for age for women.But being an OBC category,you will get a relaxation of +3years over other General candidates.If you are concerned about UPSC Civil Services,then maximum allowed age will be 33yaers for OBC category candidates and it is same for both Male and Female candidates.

There is a relaxation given to the obc and the sc/st candidates in the age limit.
