The NORMAL AGE LIMIT of UPSC EXAM IS 21-30years(AS ON 1ST AUGUST OF THE YEAR OF EXAMINATION).this age limit is for general candidates.
The upper age limit can be relaxed to a maximum of 3 years for OBC candidates.so you do have the option to appear for the exam till now
The upper age limit can be relaxed to a maximum of 5years for SC/ST EXAM

the age limit is for general category is 21 to 30 years. and attempt the exam 4 time.
the age limit is for obc category is 21 to 33 years ( 3 years relaxation ). attempt the exam 7 times.
age limit for SC/ST category is 21 to 35 years and attempt chance till overage. means unlimited

-The Upper Age limit of 30 Years in the CIVIL SERVICE EXAMS,which is conducted annually by the UPSC is relaxable by a MAXIMUM of THREE YEARS for the OBC candidates i.e, they can apply until they fall in the Age Limit of 21 To 33 Years.
