There is no minimum percentage required while applying for the civil services,you just need to have the graduation degree from any stream,and you are applicable for applying in the civil services.

The civil services are conducted by UPSC and every exam that is conducted by UPSC is free off any percentage theory,although the selection process is very rigorous but,you do not have to tense regarding the percentage,because only passed is required in the UPSC exams,civil services.
