but along with that you must check the age limit 21 to 30 for general candidate
21 to 33 years for OBC
21 to 35 years for SC/ST.

Eligibility Criteria for UPSC IAS Examination :
A bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university and if candidate is pursuing final year of the degree then also he/she is eligible to apply for this exam
Age should not be less than 21 years and more than 30 years and relaxation in upper age as per government guidelines which is 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC
You are pursuing CA which is also consider as a bachelor's degree so that you are eligible to apply for this exam
If you are really interested to become an IAS officer then you should follow these points :
1. If you have time of about 6 hours extra everyday then you must join any coaching institute
2. If possible then you should study more and more for IAS exam with your CA course
3. How much time you will provide to your study that depends on your preparation and to check your preparation level you should take speed and practice sets in your coaching institute and analyze yourself in front of other students who are also preparing for this exam
4. You should prepare at least 15 hours everyday for this exam then you would be eligible to qualify the prelims and mains exam both and the examination pattern is following :
1. Preliminary exam : Objective type, 2 papers and 200 marks for each and qualifying in this exam is necessary
2. Mains Exam : Conventional Type, 9 papers and 2000 marks total for 9 papers and qualifying in each paper is necessary and you will have to choose any two subjects from the list of UPSC board subjects for mains exam.
3. Interview Process : If you qualify the preliminary and mains both exams then you would be called for interview process and interview process has separate 300 marks
