No such official data is available. However, IITians are now-a-days more attracted towards IAS exam than IES exam. So, naturally their %age is coming down as far as IES exam is concerned.

Sorry friend we cannot get exact data regarding your question,you know that most of the IITians get placement from campus so they do not try for IES exam.Candidates from outside of IITs try for this exam mostly.This exam is conducted in following branches-
Mechanical engineering
Civil engineering
Electrical engineering
Electronics and communication engineering.
