Air Port Customs officers are appointed for checking in the air port of importing or exporting the costly gifts y illegal means. It is very good from the carrier point of view. Customs and excise department post comes under Civil Services IRS exam.
where acronym IRS is Indian Revenue Services.
Civil Services Exam is conducted by UPSC every year.
for Civil Services you must have graduation degree in any discipline from recognized college or university. There is also no barrier regarding the percentage in your graduation. Final year candidates can also apply for the exam.
and you must have attained the minimum age of 21 years on 1 August of the year of exam and you must no have attained maximum age of 30 years on same date. UPSC also provide relaxation in upper age limit according to government norms as per 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST.
