you can join customs department through Civil Services exam
that is conducted by UPSC every year for the posts of IAS,IPS,Indian
Revenue Service (Customs and Central Excise). so first of all you
need to clear the exam.
Civil Services exam constitutes three parts:
1. CSAT
2. Mains
3. Interview
for appearing in exam you have to fulfill some other requirement like:
>> you must have completed or appearing in final year of graduation.
>>your age must be within 21 years to 30 years on 1 August of the year of exam. there is relaxation in upper age limit upto 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
and you must have attained the minimum age on same date and you have not attained the upper age on similar date.
