NO YOU CAN NOT GET ANY JOB IN CUSTOMS WITH QUALIFICATION OF DIPLOMA ONLY.

To apply for customs post you have to be minimum graduate,graduation from any stream is required.
But diploma is considered equivalent to 10+2,not equal to graduation.

You can also go through the notification of CSE(Civil Service Examination),through which custom officers are appointed.
