hi,
friend
the right time is to start the UPSE IES exam in your graduation complete
Dear Aspirant,
Right time would be the earliest you can start for preparing for IES Examination.
The earlier you start preparing the better will be the chance to cover maximum syllabus and better chance to score higher in examination.
Since your in your 1st year of civil engineering right now concentrate on your studies.
Clear your Engineering with good marks and than apply for IES Examination conducted by UPSC.
In the mean time you can start preparing yourself in your spare time and vacation.
You can start reading books and solving question papers in your vacation time.
So you keep yourself motivated and focused towards your ultimate Goal.
But right now give your full concentration on your Engineering.
All the best.
Feel free to revert back for any further queries.
Regards.
Thank you for your suggestions everyone. :-)
