age limit for centeral government employ in UPSC is:
category Age limit
1. General 21 years to 35 years.
2. OBC 21 years to 38 years.
3. SC/ST 21 years to 40 years

the age limit for attending upsc exam is between 21 and 30 years. But there is relaxation in case of central government employees as given below:
****general candidates: Upto 35 years.
****obc candidates: Up to 38 years.
****sc/st: Up to 40 years

The age limit for the UPSC exam for different catagory is below :
For general cast 21-30
For OBC cast 21-33
For SC/ST 21-35
For Ex-serviceman 21-35
For physically Handicapped 21-40
So in case of you , the age limit is 21-35 .
-> but the other requirement you also should fulfill like
Education Qualification
-> You have to done your graduation from any recognized university
There are limit for the number of the attempts :
For general cast maximum 4
For OBC cast maximum 7
For SC/ST cast there are no limit for the attempts .
So start the preparation for the exam and give it .
The exam pattern consist three parts .
1.preliminary exam
2.main exam
3.final interview
Preliminary exam consist two papers
1.General Study
2.Optional subject
and one should pass this exam for qualifying for the next round .

so you got five year relaxation in upsc exams according to your category.
like if you belonging to general than the age limit for general candidatesis 21 - 30 . but for you 21 - 35 years
so you can apply for the same till the age of 35 .

for the government employees upsc provides age relaxation of 5 years ....
so if a candidate is general then age limits for him is 21 to 35 years..
if he belongs to OBC category then age limit is 21 to 38 years...
if he belongs to SC/ST category then age limit is 21 to 40 years...

But you get an age relaxation of 5 years.
So the age limits for the central government is as follows :
General :21-35yrs
OBC : 21-38yrs
