Minimum Eligibility Criteria :-
~~For Indian Army :- Candidate should have passed Intermediate(10+2) or equivalent examination conducted by a State Education Board or Institution .
~~For Navy / Air force :- Candidate should have passed Intermediate(10+2) with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects or equivalent examination conducted by a State Education Board or Institution .
Candidate who are appearing in the 12th Class Under 10+2 Pattern of School education or equivalent qualification can also eligible to apply for this examination but the candidate must submit the proof 12th passing certificate before the SSB Interview .
Candidate age is not more than 19 years and not less than 16.5 years at the time of appearing for this examination and Upper age limits is applicable for NDA examination .
Candidate must be Physically and Mentally fit according to the physical Standards of NDA examination .
Important thing if you are not completed Intermediate (12th) exam then you can't apply for this examination . But if you are finished the 12th examination then you are eligible to apply but your age lies be between 16.5 years and 19 years .

on qualifying NDA exam you may go for navy ,airforce and army
some times they can hire in the position of special commanders
coming to height you must be 157 without any disability
eye sight is 6/6 aspect
there is no age relaxation will be provided in defense jobs
if your age will be above 19 years then may go for apply cds exam

Eligibility Criteria for NDA:
- Candidates who have cleared 10+2 and those who are currently doing can apply
- Those who had taken Physics & Mathematics in Class 12th can apply for navy and air force.
- Candidates appearing for the exam must be bachelors .They must be between 16 1/2 to 19 years i.e. not before 1st July, 1994 & not later than 1st January, 1997.
- Non-permanent citizens of India are not allowed to apply
- Nationalities of Nepal, Bhutan and Tibetan refugee can apply only if they have migrated to India with a purpose to become permanent citizens of India prior to January 1st
- In case candidates origin is from India but actually migrated from either neighboring countries of India or East Africa nations like Uganda and Kenya can apply provided they are planning to permanently settle in India.
- Gorkha category of Nepal need not submit any proof
Physical Requirements :

>> The minimum acceptable height for male candidates is 157.5 cms.
