When UPSC will announce NDA and CDS exam results?

it will take time. You can expect the result to be declared by 2nd week of November 2012.
so wait till 2nd week of nov.

When upsc take any exam then result is declare by the upsc after 2-3 month.

So both of the exam result is declare in the next month (November).

You should keep the roll number or the registration in your record.

Without the roll number you can not got the result.

Please update with the upsc official website www.upsc.gov.in for new notification regarding the result.
