-The CIVIL SERVICES exams are conducted annually by the UPSC.
-The forms for the exams are released by January-end or the first week of February .
The last date to apply is by the first week of March .

-The Civil Service exams are carried out in three legs,namely,
# The Preliminary Exams.
# The Mains Exams.
# The Interviews.
The preliminary exams are conducted in May throughout the country.It spans for only one day.
The candidates who qualify the Prelims,proceed to give the Mains which are conducted in October-November.

-You can apply either ONLINE or OFFLINE for the Civil Service exams.

this year you can't fill the application form for UPSC civil Service Exam because the last date of submission of application for 2012 is 05-03-2012 .

you can fill the application form in 2013.

every year the notification for upsc examination is released in the month of february and

the exam is held in may/june .

If you are a graduate and your age is according to your category than you are the right person to apply.

For general - 21-30 .

For obc-21-33 years

for sc/st -21-35 years
