every year the notification for CIVIL SERVICES EXAMINATION is released in the month of January/February and the exam is
in the month of may or June.

so if you aware than you will get the opportunity to take part in the examination .

to apply the examination you have to apply online mode only on the website http://www.upsconline.nic.in

because no other mode of application is accepted by UNION PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION.

UPSC not released notifications for Exams of 2013. After notification you can fill the Exam form online on http://www.upsconline.nic.in/

generally forms are available for UPSC CSE exams in February or March.

Every year the notifications has been released on first of two months
likely January or February
and the applications are submitted by online mode
The qualification of the upsc cse exam is just be a graduate
This exams must be held only once per a year
so utilize the opportunity
Start the preparation from now onwards then it will be better

UPSC notification will come at the end of january or february month.
UPSc no longer sells separate application form. you have to submit only through online method in upsconline.nic.in
