Well mine friend, There's no optional subject regarding due to back logging of Indian Government in terms of Information Technology field.

I fail to see that Why Indian Government is so easy in terms of IT infrastructure.

even the smallest country of the world has better IT infrastructure than India, while we Still lag there,

Due to bad and small thinking of Indian Government and of those guys who are there are there at top.

So, To progress of our Country a Proper IT infrastructure is needed and then it will lead to a New India.

And then you will find Computers as an optional subject in UPSC.
