If you complete your LLB degree sincerely and you are fully confident about your study then you should be give the exam but you must be aware from the exam pattern .
The exam pattern is so much tough so maximum times it happens that first time who give that exam are not succeed . You must be give that exam because it will increase your confident about the exam . You can also join the coaching center where you can easily get the guidelines to crack IAS exam.

nothing is impossible in world and so u can do it ...
and if u want to know abut UPSC in that u have to be graduate from any of filed and if u r den u can attend any exam of UPSC..
its dosent matter that u r from which filed LLB is smart field u think .. i have my friend who has done PTC and now he is Collector in Surastra...
so nothing is impossible just try to work ur mind in right path of preparation mad preparation will never works ....that should be keep in ur miind..
if u want to seat in UPSC exams i think u have to attend some normal exams so u will get idea on which path u have to run..
