Being III rd year of B.Tech graduation you are not eligible to apply for EKT,OTA,UES examinations.
Because to apply for above examinations, you are eligible to apply being final year of after completition of graduation.
You have a lot of time so,be concentrate on engineering subjects and various entrance examinations.
But do not neglect your engineering subjects because to apply for any posts in Government sector Graduation degree is mandotory...........
