    Can I write UPSC exams after completing B.Tech from UGC-Approved University?

    dear friend,

    yes, definitely you can apply for UPSC exams after completing B.Tech from UGC-Approved University.
    and for UPSC exams you must complete or appearing in final year of graduation from recognized college or university. your age must be within 21 years to 30 years. And there is some relaxation in UPPER AGE limit for reserved category candidates.

    Hi dear
    Yes; you are eligible for the UPSC Exams after completing your B.Tech. from an UGC approved university. You can even apply for UPSC Exams in your final year of B.Tech. degree (i.e. in the 4th year)

    In your final year of B.Tech. degree you will be eligible for following UPSC Exams:-
    1.Central Police Forces Examination
    2.Civil Services Examination
    3.Combined Defence Services Examination
    4.Engineering Services Examination
    5.Indian Forest Service Examination

    yes dear you can write upsc exam after completing B.Tech from UGC approved university....for upsc exams candidate must be a appearing candidate of final years of graduation or engineering or must have completed graduation or engineering from a recognized university and age of the candidate should be between 21 to 30 years...also for candidates belonging to OBC and SC/ST candidates age relaxation of 3 years and 5 years is given by upsc...

    Hi Aspirant

    Yes you are fully eligible to write the upsc exam

    As you have passed your b.tech degree so on the basis of it

    You can write the upsc civil services exam for the IAS,IPS

    And also you can write the upsc IES Exam

    IAS : Indian Administrative Services

    IPS: Indian Police Services

    IES: Indian Engineering Services

    And for the exam here is the details of Qualification Required:

    Education: The candidate should be pass in graduation from a recognized indian university

    And for the IES The candidate should be pass in b.tech degree from a recognized university

    Age : The age limit is 21-30

    And relaxation given to the obc of 3 and to the sc.st of 5 years

    Nationality : Th candidate should be citizen of India

    Number Of Attempts :

    -For the General :4
    -For the OBC :7
    -For the sc.st :Unlimited

    actually graduation from a recognized university is the main eligibility to apply for the upsc exams like.

    Indian Forest Services Examination (IFS)
    Indian Administrative Services Examination (IAS)
    Central Police Forces Examination (CPF)
    Civil Services Examination
    Combined Defense Services Examination (CDS)
    Combined Engineering Services Examination (IES)

    but age criteria for all these exams is different.

    OBC and SC/ST category gets an age relaxation of 3 years and 5 years respectively

    ias exam is graduate from recgonised university. And age limit for gen category
    21- 30 yrs. Relaxation of 3 -5 yes if you are from reserved category (obc/sc/st/pwd)

    Dear,
    The basic qualification for the UPSC's CSAT, CDS, CPF(AC) & IES examination is to pass the Bachelor degree at any recognized university. Except IES(Indian Engineering Service), any graduate can appear the other examinations. For, IES, you have to qualify in four trades, which are as follows:-
    1- Mechanical Engineering
    2- Civil Engineering
    3- Electrical Engineering
    4- Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering

    Yes friend, after completing B. Tech degree you can apply for the Civil Service exam. Civil Service exam is organized by the Union Public Service Commission at national level. Civil service exam is conducted once in a year. To apply for the Civil Service exam you must have following eligibilities: You should be graduated You must be in age of 21 to 30 years You must be the citizen of India.
