You can apply NDA and SCRA exam after 12th standard.
But you are not Eligible Civil services exam after 12th. You must be graduate from a recognized At least.
Exam Eligibility;-
1-You must be passed a graduate degree from a Indian recognized university
2-There is no percentage requirement
3-Appearing in final year candidates are also eligible.
Age limits;-
General age limits is 21-30 years. Age relaxation is given reserved category students.
Age relaxation;---
3 years age relaxation for OBC category
5 years age relaxation for SC/ST category
10 years for PH candidates

You can apply for all the UPSC exams for which the qualification asked is Diploma or Degree.If you are bothered about Civil services,you are perfectly eligible for that as the requirement is of Graduation degree.There are several candidates who completes diploma after 10th and then degree.And many such candidates qualifies in Civil Services and mainly Engineering services.So start your preparation without bothering about qualifications.

this is not possible to you dear because it is a upsc criteria . you should pass their 12 and graduation from approved board and university for pursuing in upsc exam.
Yes friend you can apply for the UPSC civil Service exam if you hold the degree in graduation or its equivalent. Civil Service exam is conducted by the Union Public Service Commission at national level. To apply for the Civil Service exam you must have the following criteria. You should be graduated in any stream from recognized university or its equivalent. You can also apply in final year of graduation. You must be in age of 21 to 30 years.
