-Under no circumstances is a Graduation First year student eligible to appear for the Civil Service Exams conducted by the UPSC.
You will be applicable only when you complete your BSc three year course or be in the final year of the same.
-The complete eligibility criteria for the Civil Service exams are mentioned below-

# NATIONALITY-You must be a citizen of India,
or,You must be a subject of Nepal or Bhutan,
