-Under no circumstances is a Graduation First year student eligible to appear for the Civil Service Exams conducted by the UPSC.
You will be applicable only when you complete your BSc three year course or be in the final year of the same.
-The complete eligibility criteria for the Civil Service exams are mentioned below-

UPSC conducts the Civil Service exam and the exams is conducted for the posts of:

• IAS
• IPS
• IFS

There are criteria's which is needed to be satisfied but when regarding the education qualification needed for the Civil service exam being a 1st year B.Sc student is not possible as you are not eligible for the exam.

The education qualification needed for applying for the Indian Civil Service is that the candidate must have completed a degree in any discipline from a recognized university with a fair percentage

There are certain other criteria's which you need to satisfy and as you are not satifying the education qualification which makes you ineligible for applying for Civil Services

See my friend ....UPSC is belongs to central government and it is a large session .....any UPSC exam will need a complete graduation from a recognized university with any percentage in any stream ....therefore you can not eligible to attempt to write UPSC exam ....first you have to complete your degree then you will get into civil exams that can be conducted by UPSC...any way all the best my friend...

You should complete graduation is mandatory for eligible for the civil service exam if you complete the degree from the approved university and complete

the age 21 years and your age is no more than the 30 years.
then you are eligible for the exam.

upsc requirement the candidate must have graduate in any stream from the approved university.
